ATI Tool Help Please

I just put an artic cooling vga silencer and bga memory heatsinks on my 9800 PRO. When I run ATI Tool and hit the Find Max Core button, it makes a ding sound every second and the core clock speed keeps going down from the stock speed of 378. Same thing happens with the Find Max Memory button. Can anyone help me?

Also, when I first startup ATI Tool and hit the Find Max Core button, an error box pops up and says, "Init of findMax: Subsequent images are different. Please report this bug." Once I hit OK, then the core speed starts going down. Does anyone have any ideas?
