Power issues?

Since I have gotten my third HD problems have come up. I was wondering if having my 120mm 12v Ultra high output fan, 2 80 mm fans and my video card connected to the same "main line" (rail ?) would be a reason for my video card not performing as well as it used too?

i once ted my nearly my entire comp offa the same "line" from my PSU...
it didnt even boot...

Yea, video cards, especially the higher ended ones, really should be run on a seperate 12v rail. Seems like a waste of a complete rail to me. But seeing as the other one is powering the rest of my rig, I might as well put the extra rail to use on my X850XT PE.
