View Full Version : Warning: Grosbill Aftersales incompetence

In France there is reseller Called Grosbill.

I bought a Listan Be Quiet 720w Straight Power (excellent PSU by the way) through them only to have it lose a rail a few months later.

Knowing the efficiency of Listan’s aftersales (48 hour doorstep service on RMA) and still confident in Grosbill I RMA’d the psu and expected a new one in 48 hours.

A week later I got a mail from Grosbill aftersales telling the psu was under repair??? and would promptly be sent back. I waited and waited.
Two months later , after an inquiry with Listan, who had no idea what I was talking about at first, it seems Grobill lost the PSU and just decided to let the matter die.

Listan pressured Grobill who finally gave me a voucher (I don’t give a ù$µù!!). Now I’ve got to fight to be fully reimbursed of the value of the PSU +shipping to Grosbill (under warranty mind you) not wanting to buy anything off them again……..

May this adventure serve others and really help flee that reseller, they are an unprofessional company intent on cashing in and giving NO customer service!!!
