Ok 8800gt issue, nice little sticker clear cover for my new gt, so I am like " nice, and a little logo and a hole for the fan, cool. upon removal for debug during system check/outage reallized it was covering the air intake and exhust!.. maybe if there was ANY docs with this card I would have taken it off sooner!

heck no, the fan got air, but the intake at the rear and the outflow in the front.. by the video out etc.. where covered.. it would take a nuke to blow one of these, what did blow under stress and oc'd , while cool! was my cb 6400! thought it was my mobo.. took forever to debug and fix, then windows was a bitch trying to get my system back up, why that was even an issue I do not know!

hmmm, could explain why the 8800gt's run so hot, a flawed hsf could be a cause.

well, no where doees it say anything but nvidea and gforce 8800gt, but the box, no manual, no cd/dvd/ one adapter supposedly was from Galaxy but it was a unprinted box! lol
ok, the box had two sticker saying nvidea gforce overclocked and another third tiuny sticker that said galaxy!
