I just hit 3.0 Ghz on my new motherboard with only a .1 voltage increase. And, there seems to be plenty of room to go!! Even better is the fact that it will be AM2+ drop in compatible in the future. Also, the onboard audio is at least as good as my old Audigy 2 ZS, with the addition of DTS: Connect!

Is a good OC board and with bios update 0904 itīs AM2+ and PC-8500 ready

I had my Brisbane to 3GHz on my el cheapo DFI INfinity Ultra II M2. Can do 342fsb easy.

not as an 6000+ can be overclocked much but for the record.. my entry level abit an52 single chip board out performed my msi 790x latest pci-e 2 amd chipset board..

i was kinda surprised at this but its a fact.. so unless u want C/F there is no gain from a more expensive board..

we are not talking much here.. 2% to 3% but an entry level board not exactly sold as an overclockers board did kinda surprise me when it goes better than the latest amd chipset board.. it just returns better scores in everything.. period..

ps.. my foray into crossfire was a disappointment.. just sold my 790x board and second 3870 ati card on ebay.. back with one card and the abit an52 mobo..

I have read that before but can't find them anymore. Crosshair is to expensive :eek:. Thanks guys, probably won't buy anything, just day dreaming.
