Ok my mothers system is an antique so I'm giving her my current mobo (Asrock 4CoreDual-Sata2) and Videocard (HIS 1950pro 256mb AGP) and buying her a C2D 4500 she will be using her 2x1gb sticks of PC3200 for now till we upgrade that later..

My question to you guy is what mobo should I pick up for myself ? I'll be reusing the rest of the components in my system specs minus of course the mobo and videocard.. I am ordering this card (http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=3481253&CatId=1558 ) within the next 2 weeks..

I DO want to be able to go Crossfire this summer with this card and I want to OC this CPU which mobo do you guys recommend?

Thanks in advance

The only True Crossfire board I can recommend is one based on the X38 chipset.

Or if you want something cheaper, a P35 chipset. Might not be full Crossfire, only 16x + 4x

An x38 chipset would be great for crossfire!

Cost is not a huge factor in this at the moment although I don't want to spend a fortune (preferably less than $225) if possible could you put specific mobo's and links to them please?

IF you want to overclock and are a fairly experienced oc'er then I would wait for the DFI x38 mobo, should be out soon. If you aren't planning on going crossfire right away, then I would suggest the DFI P35 TR2. At least you could use your DDR2 ram vs. the very expensive DDR3.
