I would personally go for a decent HSF/Fan combo that is very efficient at heat dissapation, but that's just my personal preference. I've heard good and bad about the CoolIt products, you may want to wait for future releases, but it also depends on what you plan to cool on SCKT 775 and how much OC you plan on doing.

Thermalright Ultima-90 that IRA linked you to.. or the 120 but I read that the Ultima 90 is very/just about as good.
Also if you go for the 225watt coolit I say go for it, the other one is a lemon. your case is a little restrictive so I think a coolit will serve you well. I like bottom mounted psu's now.. my seasonic psu started to get to warm... that was after I upgraded my video card though :P

If you want the best cooler, there is NO air cooler that can touch the Freezone,..any revision of it, period. I have extensive experience with just about all high-end air, water and now these units from Coolit.I have had and installed 2 Eliminators a 2 Freezones. Even though they are very inefficient at utilizing the technology(TEC), they still blow away any air solution.
I would buy this if going with anything from Coolit.
