Look for the files with google and add them to system 32 folder.

Have you thought of the fact that the exact error messages is relevant to solving the issue? And it's not "some dll or something", that file is your problem so actually telling us which dll helps a lot.

i think it a a great rpg it is also a long game i think 80hrs people have been reported its not as visually stunning as oblivion but any new graphics card could handle it with EVERYTHING on max no sweat, the combat system is refreshing and i am very pleased so far although the voice acting leaves something to be desired, if your a fan of oblivion or fable and other rpg's along those lines i would recommend this, this game can be quite a challenge if you play it on hard although it is worth it, the battle sequences are fluid and are not choppy, also the npc's sport some interesting and funny insults before you kick their arses phrases like "your mother sucks dwarven cock" its a fun game and you can choose if you wanna move with the wasd keys or just the mouse which was a nice touch one down side to it is the loading times which are pretty bad when your going in and out of houses constantly, not quite a bad as oblivion could be sometimes but there tolerable
