Dear Sir,

Yesterday my ASUS P4C800E-Deluxe did detect the clockgenerator (ICS952607).
I could overclock my 2800 to 3200+ (I didnt believe it first).
The memory settings could not be changed, however.
Today I started off with disabling the "Memory settings by SPD", that I suspected be the trouble with that... Then it didnt detect my clockgenerator. So I put the SPD function back. No improvement.

My system is very stripped of unnecessary services, highly trimmed, and is used for gaming.
I have a 9800Pro that runs just over 400 core.

So I didnt change anything from the BF2 session yesterday.
Today it refuse to detect the CG. What might cause the problem?

Regards,

Zoors

Problem solved.

In my intension to strip even more stuff from the system, makin it faster, I tryed to disable the SMBus controller, (me idiot), something I regarded as "the Serial Bus Controller", that was popular years ago.

System worked fine without it... but SysTools didnt - as SMB is that "System Management Controller" that is needed for SysTools to werk...
