They are both nice cases, so it will be a matter of personal taste. I like larger windows for internal views, so I would go Armorplus, but thats just me. But if red is your thing, than the XaserVI would be good also. I love my current, original Aromor, but damn, i wish it came a removeable MB tray:(

Well they both have 2 120 or 140mm fans blowing from the bottom to the VGA area, so I wouldn't let the side fan thing worry you. I see you are OC your GT, so it may be worth it for the side fan, depending on your temps. Or if your going to go water on the VGA at some point, it will not matter much if you have the side fan or not.

Did you read the Xaser VI review here?
http://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/Thermaltake/XaserVI
Those cases aren't just compatible with the Bigwater 760i, but they actually make a version that comes with a slightly different Bigwater 760i already installed.
The non-liquid cooled version I reviewed had a high price tag of around 214 Euros for the black model (about $313 USD) or 243 Euros for the silver model shown (about $355 USD). The actual US prices may be lower when the case ships, however if you're in Austrailia, prices may be even higher.

I'm starting to like the Xaser more after looking at your review (nice job btw), but damn their expensive.

I just searched for the armor+ case in Australia and you can already pre-order a non LCS for $250AUD which imo is a great price. I think the conversion rate from AUD to USD is like $1AUD = $0.8XUSD. After taking that into consideration your prices look ridiculously high.

I really want the armor+ but I already see a few problems with it (currently own a TT Kandalf).
1. Like what is up with the top plastic bit, It looks like it sticks out too high
2. I would really prefer no fan grill thing on the window. So I get a nice clear view of my components.
3. The bottom looks strange to me both interior and exterior.
4. The reset switch seems a bit small. On my TT Kandalf, I found the button annoying, especially when I was O.Cing.
and here's a pretty good review on it

Armor plus suits my taste better, and from memory they both share the same internal chassis. Anyway the thing is, I'd grab a Swiftech WC Kit instead as well, if you are aiming for extremely high overclocks.

When the review was written I only was given pricing in Euros and did an online conversion. Since the review, I have seen slightly lower prices listed on other reviews, but the silver Xaser VI was still listed over $300 USD. We'll have to see what they're selling at here in the US to get the final answer.

I didn't mean to threaten you, I was just letting other people (mainly Australians) know they can already pre-order for a set price
