Thermalright Ultima-90 CPU Cooler but it came with the 90mm wires instead of 92mm for the vantec tornado fan. where do they sell the wire connectors to connect the fan to the heatsink or should I use zip ties. my CPU power connector is 4 pin. do I hook up the rpm connector to it? I have a gigabyte GA-P35C-DS3R 1.1 version motherboard with F8 bios and latest drivers. I have a 120mm fan but I want the cooling the Vantec tornado puts out because I purchased a HIS HD 3870 and want to keep my Q6600 cool and then figure out what to cool my video card, NB, and SB, as well as memory. I have an Antec 900 case with 4 120mm fans and a 200mm blowhole fan.
I would appriciate any advice on what to do to cool my pc down more. Noise is not an issue, water cooling I am not ready for and phase change is definately out of my leauge and budget.
