Mobo Bios

im running a MSI MS-6378 6.0 i just whanted to know if I should "flash" my bios ive never done it i dont think its ever been done and please:

what does it do?
should i do it?
and what is "live update" and should i do that?

Do you overclock? And does your board work good at the moment?

If your computer runs fine theres no need update the BIOS. Just look for the new BIOS and check the changelog, if nothing applies to you leave it.
