Ive been having some ideas regarding the hardware monitoring in systool and W1zzard wnated some user feedback on them before adding them, so feel free to add anything to these.
First thing is regarding the graphs at the bottom of the hardware monitoring. Right now i dont find them much help at all, as its very hard to try and work out what temp/voltage/rpm the lines in the graphs are. So my first idea maybe to have a sort of system like rivatuner uses, when when you hover your mouse pointer over the graphs, it displays what the readouts are at any given point in the graph. This would make it much easier to read the past readouts in the graphs IMO.
The second regarding the graphs is maybe to have some form of user selectable scales for them, because personly i dislike auto scaling graphs. Im not exactly user of the best way to add such a feature like this, maybe to have a right click menu on each of the monitored temp/voltage/rpm and a 'select graph scale' setting, then with a pop up window to let you pick the scale? Maybe keep the auto scaling in for when the users doesnt select a manual scale, or if the readouts hit the top of a manual selected scale, or something along those lines. Not sure how much demand there is for this feature however.
Another thing i would really like to see is a low/high log somewhere. Maybe on its own tab under hardware monitoring? This would make it much easier if you want to monitor temps while playing a game or something, where you cant be watching the temps or graphs yourself.
And the last idea ive had is maybe a setting to log/record the graphs to be viewed at a later date (helpful is you want to test alot of clock speeds/voltages), maybe which a choice for this under a right click menu for each setting also (and maybe and a choice to record a block of settings, like all of the motherboard/video card/etc without having to manually pick all of the settings)
Whats everyone else think of these? I know i'd like to see them, but im not sure what everyone else likes ;)
