I have a problem with systool and my Ultra-D. Ive spoke to W1zzard about it, but hes not sure what causes it, except that it could be because i use X64.

The problem is under AMD64 Cool&Quiet it says the startup and max FID is 4x (and in the drop down menu, 4x is the only multiplier there. Then under CPU overclocking, it says my multiplier is only 4x.

Also it says my Startup+Max VID is 1.550v, yet i use 1.45 + 110% in the BIOS.

Anyone else have a Ultra-D and X64 that can check if this is an X64 bug, or just a setting im missing somewhere? Things like CPU-Z detect the correct multiplier fine (11*224).

I have similar problems. I use an MSI K8N Neo4 Platinum (nForce 4 Ultra), Windows XP x64, and an AMD64 3200+.

Here are the defaults:
10x CPU multi
5x HTT multi
200mhz fsb
1.40 CPU voltage

Here is what I have set:
10x CPU multi (2450mhz of course)
4x HTT multi (980 PCI-E mhz of course)
245mhz fsb
3:4 memory ratio
1.40 + 6.6% (1.5 basically) CPU voltage

Here is what is reported:
CPU multi: 4.0x
CPU clock: 980mhz
memory ratio: 3:2
PCI-E bus: 100.00mhz
CPU voltage: 1.55 VID
