Most Case painting is done by owners/modders. However, there are a few companies that advertise "Custom Painting", Try these links;

You may just want to find someone local, try checking out the AUTO Repaire/ Bodyshops in the area, the talent you find may suprise you.

what you want takes detail and a good artist but to do what you want will take air brushing so find you a good air brush artist and they can make your idea come out the way you want it to. good luck and post some pics after.

well im a modder, but painting isn't my forte I think the sketch I'll have to get done professionaly. Oddball will be housing an E8500 (Liquid), 8800GTS (vGPU, vMEM, Copper BGA, Liquid) come January. Thanks for your help :)

I'd say look locally for a guy who is pretty good with an airbrush. Even possibly an autobody guy/girl.
I mean you are on the internet, try and google some local artists!

also try asking around at tatoo shops, many tatoo artist also airbrush because it is very simular scale and they are good artists. if they dont do it i bet they know someone talented to recommend.
