And I'm starting to go crazy with only my dad's laptop to use. Is anybody else in between PCs and not enjoying it at all?

I did that not to long ago with an RMA. Not fun, not fun at all.

I did it about 6 years ago but that was with moving to another country..... and tryed a xbox because we thought we would not be able get a PC. Never been so bored lol.

Did that not too long ago, when I had to RMA graphcis card, PC was out of commision, luckily, I managed to find my copy of GTASA for PC, and installed it on laptop, runs it well, and passed the time really nicely

If you can't find any fun games, and can't run anything elaborate, try www.reloaded.org or www.abandonia.com
Also, look for a game called GridWars, awesome fun if you have a game pad, if not, it's a little difficult to play.

Hehe, I paid $30 extra to avoid that little problem the other say when I bought my Q6600 locally. At this point, especially with Crysis, I would rather pay the extra 30 than wait till monday or tuesday to get it.

Yeah this laptop used to run HL2/mods & GTASA pretty decently until my dad decided to do a Vista upgrade on top of everything. You know how you get that nice clean feeling after doing a fresh load of XP? Yeah doing a Vista upgrade over an already installed XP OS kinda makes you feel like you're swimming through sewage.
