The Abit TH7II(-Raid) isn't the newest board, but it is great fun to play with rimms. One problem is that the board hasn't got enough voltage for good overclocking, so here is the vmod.
What you need:
30k Ohm potentiometer/trimmer
Soldering equipment
Cables, something to insulate
vRimm Mod

Here you can see the HIP6521, the vRimm Control Chip (the Datasheet is here (http://www.intersil.com/data/fn/fn4837.pdf))

The chip is rotated by 180° on the board

Solder the poti between FB and Ground (GND). Using the ground from the chip is a good idea, but it's not required - any ground will work
Set the 30k Ohm pot to the maximum of 30k Ohm. Lower the resistance for higher voltage.
Above 3 Volt vRimm the board's monitoring stops working (fixed with the new BIOS), but I think that's enough.
The theoretical maximum should be ~4,5 Volt.
Warning:
All modifications are done at your own risk! I am not responsible for any damage caused by the mods!
