I have a x850xt pe 256mb AGP, maybe a x1950pro 256mb PCIe, a MSI x1900(xl?) 256mb PCIe, and a x800 all-in-wonder when it gets back from rma.

the x850xtpe is a factory overclocked version of the xt so you wouldn't even have to flash it, all you would have to do is overclock it but yeah you could flash it to the pe

i realized i can't use a x1950 cause i have opterons and ecc so lazer says i can't use it at its full potential so i'll stick with this nvidia and x850 if i can get my hands on that x850. i might want to scrap this computer also now and go with a whole totally new settup i have no idea yet but for now i'll stick with agp when i can get enough funds to build a new settup!

X850 if you can get it cheap then well and good. 1950 + opty is a good combination. It will last you longer. If I were you I would go with 1950. I have a 1950 pro AGP and I love it.

yeah. i was thinking of going with in opty instead of a c2d. i dont know a lotta people with opty's and am2. most of you guys are intel cause of the quad and core 2 duo. but i'm still lookin i might hold on to this rig for several more years

You could get a pcie mobo and pcie 1950 for that. Some people just wont get off the short bus. :slap:

I just got an x800xt to pull off a 12,080 in 3dmark '03 but it took overclocking a 3.4ht to 4.2 and ddr-2 and another 50mhz on the gfx memory to do it.
