Now I'm seeing the 'cartoon network' icon next to TPU forum, in the bookmarks... in the top menu...

Please laugh or make fun or anything but please DO tell me that this is a coincidence? I'm not kidding...

Try clearing cookies and temporry internet files. If that doesnt work, clear history. Usually does it for me.

Its just the icons getting mixed up. I get that a lot. Do as Ben said and reload the page. It'll clear itself up :)

if that happend to me, i'd keep it like that lmao. its quite amusing, unless of course the porn icons got mixed up with the other icons, then that would pose a problem. but cartoon network icon as my tpu icon.. that'd be funny

The favicon.ico for TPU is the same, just that IE caches favicons (their locations in the Temp. Internet Files / Cache folder) and the TPU favicon must have been cached in the same subfolder as the Cartoon Network favicon. Nothing to panic? Why would TPU adapt Cartoon Network's favicon? Just clear your Temp Internet Files, Clear your Cache and re-open TPU, make a fresh bookmark. Your favicon would be restored.
