Hello everyone i was just wondering how the quads overclock on the 965 chipset??I am getting a new gts and have extra money so if i sell the 6300 for 100$ the quad will cost me 140 not bad.I looked at the biostar website and didnt see quad support fot the 965pt but it says the regular p965 supports it??Also i know the new pci2.0 cards work with this board trying the cheapest route but if i need a new mobo then ill probally just get the video card and wait it out for the 45mn.

the video card will show more real life gain than the quad.. waiting a little while for the rest would be wise.. but then again we aint always wise.. he he

With a bios update, that 965pt should support it.

Nice i'm going to rma friend's 8800gt256 and get the 8800gts{g92}.He bought but his motherboard wouldn't post so he gave me the card and 150.00 for my 8800gts 640.I played with the 256gt i probally could break 13000 in 06@3.5 but in vista crysis lags bad with the 256??So hopefully this is a upgrade and crysis dosent lag.I am pretty sure i have the newest bios so the quad should do nice.. hopefully i can hit 3.5-4.0 with the quad should be intresting.
