Gecube 9550GT 128MB Clock locked?

Gecube R9550U C3H 128MB/128bit stock speed 420/200.
Can anyone confirm that this card is heavily clocked locked?
Even Omega drivers won't overclocked this card. At 300Mhz memory theres no gain on 3DMark2K1.
I was going to flash this card but now I'm not so sure anymore.

Prolly I'm going to sell it and get HIS Excalibur 9550.
Does anyone has any success flashing HIS 9550?

The 9550's are clocked locked, just take it off with Atitool.

I tried, did not work. Max memory test went to 700 Mhz. Thats why I used Omega. Still the same.

Then you will have to get a unlocked bios for it.
