Arcticlean uses a common industrial solvent (Dipropylene Glycol Monomethyl Ether) so it's fairly universal

i have even used a pretty yummy orange smelling IPA and it worked. only used it because it was 3am and i didnt have any regular, but hey it worked!!

best thing I have ever seen to clean heatsink bases, useless since I use Coollaboratory Liquid MetalPad :P

I just use a coffee filter(lint free) and rubbing alcohol. Works fine for me.

I usually use white spirit and a cloth, dunno if this is good/damaging though. I would just use alcohol if i were you.
