Flash BIOS with Pal-n support?

Hello, i have a Gigabyte Radeon 9600XT 128 MB which has no support for Pal-N, as stated in

In the Bios Collection i´ve found this Bios
http://www.techpowerup.com/bios/biosdetails.php?b=Gigabyte.9600XT.128.bin
which has an option to support different TV types. Is it possible to reflash my board with Pal-n support built in??
Or it simply will not work?
