i got this bios that i would like to flash my card with it, its from FIC(NTSC) and i would like to edit it into PAL if its possible?
can someone plz in explain me how?

btw. my card is FIC 9700np, and now i found BIOS FIC 9700pro, is it better that i use BIOS from FIC or maybe another one? which one would be best for my card with hynix 3.0?
