I´ve just switched from HD2900XT to 8800GTX....fine enough...
but why are nVidia´s control-panel interface so shit-lousy
comparred to CCC....???

I´ve looked at nVidia´s user forums....but there no complains about the UI..
Is it just me or are there other with the same experience ?

I do prefer the nVidia's resource usage tho. CCC is a bloated hog.

When it comes to enabling Nvidia's trAA vs enabling AdAA I have to disagree with you on Nvidia's ease of use.

I like Nv's more that is if they still have the old school way of doing it still. CCC is slow and needs .net.

Neither is better in interface, but nVidia is miles ahead on resource usage. I wish ATI would use an approach like ATI Tray Tools.

I prefer the old nv CP to CCC, but the new one is just terrible and I can't stand it.

The new CCC isn't bad in the fact it doesn't hog as much resources as the earlier 2007 version and loads quicker...yet it's still dissapointing and feels kind of dated. I would like to see them follow NV's approach and simplify it w/o artwork and GUI crap and just use what XP/Vista provides.

In the end they both do their job and really I don't mess with either on any system I play with aside from ensuring that all are set to allow the game settings to take over for the image control (AA/AF). Everyone has their preferences though.

nvidia CP, never did like CCC ever, resource hog and all the advanced features are hidden

I am an owner of a GeCube HD 3870 X-Turbo III and I do like the nvidia control-panel better, because it's less resource-hungry, doesn't need .NET and I find it easier to navigate.

well.......if you can´t beat them......join them...

but I still think CCC is more inovative......NV is soooo old-stylish......

I was talking about the UI ... not the performance, memory consumption or
whatever it needs .net or not

I prefer the CCC UI also.

Nv - profiles for every game wins.

Also, at least NV's options work. *cough disable scaling on ATI cough*
