View Full Version : Has anyone seen the new Doom trailer.

I know this is a bit off subject, but hey, this is General Nonsense.

I saw the trailer for Doom today and I thought it looked abit like any other game come film movie, persanally a bit crap. Looks like another Resident Evil, which I thought was shite. I hope they don't ruin the Halo movie like this.

I watched the Doom film the other day and yeah, it sucks.

The only good part of the film is when one section of it is shot from a first shooter POV, which was pretty cool and different.

The rest was total "meh".

It was a serious bad move by "The Rock" to get in on that film, his acting credibility isn't good enough for him to be starring in films that low down the calibre rung.

Sorry, but I don't think the Rock has any acting credibility. No offense, just my opinion. Its to bad they ruined DOOM, can't say I didn't see it coming. The story could have had some potential as a fairly decent horror flick.

More potential than Halo has as an action or whatever IMO.

reminds me of the strip penny arcade dedicated to the doom movie,

the husher collects peoples brains before they go in to the theater so they dont suffer brain damage from watching such a bad movie.

for a game conversion the movie is not that bad actually .. it's just another cheap horror movie .. you better splatter!
