im with pipex (tiscali) currently and the service has gone from bad to worse, told my brother (account holder) to get in touch with pipex get our mac code and switch to Be

so he calls up pipex and they say that if he does not use his mac code by the 7th of feb (contract expiry) then they will continue to keep the contract rolling on a month to month basis, are they even allowed to do that?

he then talked to Be and gave them the mac and they are saying the code is invalid – it’s already been used. So, rang pipex on Friday and they are saying that code is valid. Then replied to Be with this info and got response this morning, saying BT have said that the code has already been used. This is stupid as pipex have said it’s BT that provide the code to them.

WTF is going on?!? is this cos im with pipex atm and using the net and i have to finish my contract or something? cos theyr not letting me go...what a stupid circle this is :banghead:

just tell them to shove there service and go with another provider because u are just a # all they want is money

ive told my bro to tell em that too. but whats this about the mac code?
