I updated the bios of my asus P5B deluxe, and it was one the worst things i did in my life, the system is totally unstable! I need to put back the 0804 Bios! but i cant! I tried from windows, EZ-FLASH and AFUDOS but its says its older and bla bla bla stuff and it doesnt want to update WTF! i need help please i dont know what to do :S

EDIT: Problem solved, I was using AFUDOS 2.27 and i changed it for AFUDOS 2.17 and i could flash with an older bios, i finally could boot at 500FSB. The new 1226 bios sucks, i couldnt even boot at 440 FSB

my boards almost the same as yours, and has no issues on the latest bios.

Did you reset to default settings after flashing? (NOT loading saved profiles)

ensure you've got EIST off, and C1E off. - Try the FSB again

other than that, you will need to force the flash via dos. windows will not work, and flashing via the bios might not.
