im kinda upset. i was listening to music and i hit the forward button. to skip the song and the button sank further than it should of. I dont know why but i emailed logitech to see if they can do anything for me. ive only had this thing for 3 months.. so i kinda want it fixed. If it was a cheap $10 keyboard..ya i wouldnt care. but its not!

is the button stuck? can you get a small flathead screwdriver and sort of wiggle it back? what about taking the case apart and pushing it out from the inside?

well that is good. personally i never buy expensive keyboards because if the slightest thing goes wrong i start to get pissed. my 10 dollar microsoft keyboard has lasted me for 8 years and i spill beer on it, slam my fists on it and drop food crumbs in between the keys! having cheap stuff i find is far less stressful.

lol ya i agree. But the question stands. can your $10 keyboard give you real time information about a huge assortment of things?

no of course not. but it is a tradeoff. stress versus shiny gadgets.

Sometimes when you buy off the web though, its difficult to see what you are actually buying. Getting a more expensive device promotes piece of mind, since usually they are well designed and wont be ugly (which can be the case when buying cheaper items).

If it is broken Logitech will take care of you.

I had the paint start to come off on the keys on my G15. I emailed them about it and they said they would replace it under the warranty. The sent me a new one and told me to keep the old, so now I have two(well I used to have two, I sold the old one).

Logitech's support is pretty good in my experience.

Logitech has great customer service. I bought a refurbished DiNovo keyboard and spilled soda and broke off one of the keys and they still replaced it with a brand new one with in a week.

Well after a few days emailing back and forth my new keyboard is on its way here :) They did not request the old one, and shipped me a new one with almost no questions asked. They said its gonna take 10-14 days to get here hopefully it wont be that long but w/e. They sent me a 2nd gen g15 which is cool i guess seeing as they sell for like $80 - $100 and i got my 1st gen for xmas (was like $60-$70)

Logitech FTW.. They respected me and handled my claim efficiently. Im glad because there products are too nice for me to get mad at em and stop buying there stuff
