The one in the back is louder, pushes a ton more air and has brighter LED's and the one in front is the same model but is silent, pushes less air and the LED's are dim.. Whats up with that?? You can kinda see what I mean in this pic.

Try swapping the molexes around and see if that makes a diff.

If not, your fan is at fault.

He said they're the same model, so I naturally assume they're both 120mm. And besides, thats no reason for the LEDs to be of inferior brightness.

All 3 are 120mm. I will mess with the cables when I get my new board.. I dont see the point of fixing them right now since I cant OC my cpu..

Fair enough.
Fixing those cables will definately give you some temp decreases.

oh :( well its not like many people see it anyway. The cables are so stiff and hard to move..

yeah, but good cable management means great air flow.. More stuff in away of air flowing the slower and less the air moves..

Thus meaning your case could be using fans that are a hell of a lot softer, rather than your computer sounding like a wind tunnel like mine :D

Ive found that mobos seem to limit fan speed even when its up full it the bios its like they get kinda 9v instead of 12v they always seem to spin faster and brighter plugged direct into a 4 pin molex i recon you get some vdroop on a mobo plug.
