I recently acquired 3 Omron Sysmac PLC's

Wondering if anyone knows how to program them or can lead me in the right direction.
I found some general information on Wiki
(http://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/Introductory_PLC_Programming).

I would like to program the cpm1a "smaller one" to control servos in a case mod.

If you have any experience with Omron PLC's or know of anything, links, otherwise.
Let me know, thanks.

I found a simulator Here (http://www.plcsimulator.net/plc.php).

I understand the symbols, arithmetic, but thats about it.
Looks like I may have to take some classes or something to get it figured out. ::Shrug::

we use these at school, and yes u need to do some studying to get the hang of it. its not so hard once u get used too it.

maybe this will help:

http://i98.photobucket.com/albums/l265/Puma_010/nimetn-2.jpg

if u look at the omron u see inputs wich are 00.01, 00.02 and so on. thats where all the swicthes need to be wired.

outputs are marked as 10.01, 10.02 etc.

allso theres a +12V power supply on the output side, so u can get current for ur fans etc.

if im not totally wrong the power supply for the whole omron is on the left side. u need to get standard 230/110V power cable and connect the other end to the PSU and ther obviously to the wall outlet.

hope this helps.
