Buildling with a X-Qpack2; CPU Fan?

Intresting in building with a mATX, but I've heard complaints of fans and video cards being too tall. I don't want to buy a CPU fan without knowing exactly how much space I can get out of the X-Qpack.

Does anyone know much room I'd have to work with?

it wont take a tower type.. u need flat big fan on top type..

I'm using a stock AMD 4 heat pipe HSF in mine & a 7900gt vid card without any clearance problems.
