XP OEM question?

I had two copies of XP Home with no SP's from when it was first released. I used it with my Nforce 4 witch I replaced with a Gigabyte DS3L(whitch died) and now I have no keys left but I still have the one from the DS3L will it work when I get my new board since its not in use?

Give it a go but as far as I'm aware microsoft deems a board replacement as a new system, give them a call like I said see if it works.
