174.16 Driver HELP!!

I cant seem to install them......none...so i gave up i was like maybe its just a driver bug....but then i flashed my bios of my 9600....which required a reinstall no problems i thought...and i booted up my old ones.....nothing....same error as the 174.16's.....i was like damn ok....so i ran CCleaner...then i cleaned my registry...then i cleared the temp and prefetch folders....then i ran a diskcleqan up..then i defraged my registry rebooted...same problem...idk what to do..im driverless....heres a pic idk what to do...does anyone know if i can manually install?

UGH and IE isnt letting me do a windows update not sure if this prob is related.....i need a cigarette.

Was it a driver problème or another thing in fact ?

Do you know if these drivers may run better with my 8800GS ?

no its a driver prob....i looked at the .ini it seems totally geared tword the 9600GT nothing about supporting other cards...thats not saying it wont support your card..i just think it only changes things for the 9600GT
