C1E/EIST I think are what control that feature. I've left mine on thus far and had 0 issues, which is impressive because I did have issues on my P5B Deluxe in comparison!

I turned that C1E crap off, so annoying.

I'm still getting used to it, but it's a kickass MB for sure! I'm much happier with the DFI than I was recently with my P5B Deluxe...so no complaints from my end!

I usually turn off the power saving stuff, but decided to leave it on and see how my stability fares...so far it's doing amazingly well.
