Heya all, heres my preliminary build, I would like some suggestions overall, but mostly on the MOBO and Video Card.
MOBO: GIGABYTE GA-EP35-DS3P LGA 775 Intel P35 ATX Dynamic Energy Saver Ultra Durable II Intel Motherboard.
Video Card: EVGA 512-P3-N862-AR Superclocked GeForce 9600GT Superclocked 512MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP.
Monitor: SAMSUNG 226BW Black 22" 2 ms (GTG) DVI Widescreen LCD Monitor 300 cd/m2 700:1(DC 3000:1).
CPU: Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 Conroe 2.4GHz 4MB Cache LGA 775 Quad-Core Processor.
Memory: Kingston HyperX 2GB (2 x 1GB) DDR2 1066 (PC2 8500) Dual Channel.
Hard Drive: Western Digital Caviar SE16 WD3200KSRTL 320GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache SATA-300.
I have some doubts because I dont know if I should get a HD 3870 or a 8800 GT instead of a 9600 GT.
And the other doubt its the Mobo, is that a good mobo or I should pick another?
Thx for the suggestions! :o

Looking over the specs of the 9600GT cards they don't seem that much impressive when compared to the 8800GT series : /

they slightly outperform the 8800gt from what i have read.
At bby i can get the 9600gt oc edition from bfg for 163 and the 8800gt oc edition bfg for 223 with my discount so the $60 is worth going the 9600gt.
3870<8800gt<9600gt

Get this board instead
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131196
and get a E8400 instead.
And with that board you can get two HD 3870's.

Looks ok m8. I would be inclined to go for a hd3870 with a good cooler on it (his iceQ for eg.) I haven't been to fussed on the reviews of the 9600GT so far.
The mb is good. Gigabyte are making great boards these days. that board supports crossfire as well so you can upgrade to another ati card l8er on. If you wish.
The ram you have chosen is probably ok. I have never used hyper x ram before.
What psu are you going for??? Make sure you get a decent one if you are running high end gfx cards and especially if you are thinking of going crossfire as some stage...
have a think about that :)

i can get the 9600GT by the same company who made my 8800GT (that i only got like 2 months ago) for half the price T-T

the 9600 GT does not outperform the 8800GT in any review ive read... (and i read a bunch of em). Maybe an UBER clocked 9600 can match an 8800GT at stock... but i doubt it.
its 9600GT<3870<=8800GT...
Dude... thats a CF mobo, you will kick yourself so hard later if you dont get an HD 3870. Theyre dropping in price, and 2 HD3870's is a real high-end rig. Think in one or two months you could easily save up to afford one, and then you could play all new and future games (maybe except Crysh**t) at insane detail levels/resolutions.
EDIT: especially now since the 9800GTX is basically just a g92, 2 HD 3870's will last you a while.

yeah with the 9600GT performing as well as it does with its crapo specs, the 9800GTX might be a monster, then again, maybe not.

Also to add, what about a 3870x2+3870 in crossfire?!

Thx for the advices, I was looking @ Newegg and I think that this mobo for 190$ after MiR is great if I decide to get 8800GT/9600GT:
