Opera is a web browser that, out of the box, offers a full set of functionality. It was always available for free, but the free versions had an ad banner built into the program. Not any more!
The 8.5 release of the browser is available (http://opera.com/download/) for free and still has all of Opera's features (3.6MB download for Windows). In my opinion Opera trumps Firefox in features and usability - most "must have" extensions for Firefox are in Opera. It's probably available in your native language too.
Screenshots can be found here (http://www.opera.com/docs/screenshots/). Skins and other customizables here (http://my.opera.com/community/customize/).
