Radeon 9600se

hi guys, i just bought a new pc pent 4 2.8 ghz with a antec case. now my radeon 9600 se worked really well with my old pent 3 pc, now that i put the videop card in my new pc i have problems. i play final fantasy xi, while playing it goes in slow motion while fighting, with the old pent 3 it did not do this, i downloaded the omega drivers for the ati card. do u have any ideas on what i should do

Try uninstalling all ATI software and drivers, rebooting, and then installing the latest Catalyst drivers. If that doesn't fix it, check your BIOS. Adjust your AGP aperture to 1/2 your system memory. Make sure that your AGP bus is at 66MHz and that It's getting 1.5 volts. Also check your display properties to make sure that you don't have unnecessary bells & whistles turned on by default.
