This is awesome ram. It is rumored to be D9's, but I've never taken off the heatspreaders to verify this. I currently have them running at 4-4-3-7 820mhz 2.1v. They have ran stable at 4-4-3-8 up to 890mhz, and 960mhz at 5-5-5-15. They may be able to go higher, but I don't like running more than 2.1v, even though they are guaranteed up to 2.2v.
