Im gonna confess, Tiys was 3991. 3991 was pretty wreaked when he got banned, do you blame him?..This place is awesome, thanks W1zz:toast:. But this is a little fucking ridiculous, he made the new account, was behaving a bit, and not really causing a disturbance, and....you find out he is 3991, and ban him. I know its against the rules, but the guy has been here for awhile, and to me...is a respected member of are community. And, he is wreaked, wants to continue with use here as tiys. He's a good guy, you guys are just fucking assholes, assholes you are....

PS-Just sayin what i think, im pretty sure its not against the rules to say the truth in the comments section....Maybe im wrong, im sure all you fucking mods will inform me if im incorrect.

I'm sorry man, but if you love this play the way he says he does, then he would of stuck with the regular ban and sitted it out.. Seth is a good kid, I won't say he isn't. But rules are rules. When you break them like that there are things to happen.. A judge isn't going to slap you on your wrist because you had a dui and are a A+ student going to go to Harvert, he's going to tell you that there is going to be stuff in this world that you have to live by, and if you don't you'll get the punishment that is needed..

Well, he sure is a good guy. He was having a rough time....and happened to get in some fights with some of the a**holes on this forum(that never used to be here)...and yea, he got banned

-Created a second account to play games with the staff and avoid his punishment, including lying to the staff and telling us he was his own brother. Which was doubly silly considering he didn't have much time left on his ban.
-Created a third account with his name in his e-mail address still trying to pretend he was not 3991vhtes to complain we were being unfair, as if he hadn't already have enough chances. He may think the staff are stupid enough to fall for the brother excuse, which might be a reasonable accusation, but we are not that stupid.

Maybe, Maybe, if he can come up with a decent, heartfelt apology, especially for the games he played with the staff. We might lessen the time he is banned. However, there are no guarantees and considering all the drama he caused (is causing via proxy) he is staying gone for a time period of no less than 2 months.

Lesson? It might be a good idea to not pretend to be someone else when you have only two weeks left on a ban, and lying to moderators may lengthen the amount of time before you are caught but you will be caught. Creating another account to discuss your banning via PMs would be acceptable since PMs are deactivated on a banned account and PMs are a good way to contact staff. However, creating another account to cause drama and force the staff to dig through posts, IP addresses and e-mail addresses is absolutely unacceptable.

yeah, seth is a good guy... but that doesn't account for the facts that rules are rules.. we have to live by them.. I'm never going to get my teenage years back and do crazy things I was never able to do. But, I took the fact that rules are rules, and for the thought that at a age of 13 I had to act like a 25 year old and did it.
Rules are here on the earth to make sure everyone is in check. Without that then we should be living in a area in the middle east. Where if somethign like this was done, they cut off a finger or two, and when the perm ban was done.. they cut off the hand... but we don't and we make rules so nothing like that happens.
I'm sorry if I go on and on about rules and seem a little harsh on "teens" but I've seen it all, been through it all, and was raised to where rules are rules because of stuff that can happen...

the same shit happend to me over at OCN. i've had 6 accounts now. i never did anything that would cause me to get banned. they just didn't like me i guess.

on the other hand... if that guy was being a total ass before and got banned... it make perfect sense to keep banning him if he tries to come back.

EDIT: now that i've read all the posts that were made as i was typing... that guy is an idiot. he deserves a permanent BAN for sure. i say we go kick his ass in person.

To think that moderators do things to people because they hate them is giving yourselves way to much credit. I do not know who 95% of you are and could care less about most of that 5%. All I ask of you is that you be friendly to your fellow members and obey the rules. If you do that you're good in my book. Break the rules and you're just as punishable as anyone else no longer how long you've been here.

I believe that Polaris believes that people can change, and stuff will change. A good guy he is. But to ban him now I believe is the right thing to do.. blow things down, and lets count back to where we where before this... A tech forum that was about tech and having a good time with the mates that have helped you learn and get through things.
So I think Polaris is being nice about this yes. But, Polaris is teaching everyone a lesson that we will have to live by on doing this..
