Before I go buy a new 775 MB for my kids PC, I thought I'd try to salvage the old socket 478 Pentium 4 I have. Does anyone have a 478 motherboard with a PCI-E slot that they would be interested in selling cheap? I'd need something that will allow me to access the bios clock and voltage settings. If you have one, let me know...

What you are asking is REALLY hard to be found. Even in the old days

That seems to be a good option. but kind of high price? I guess if you are using rest of the parts its cheap fix.

Nice board. Not available in Europe. (or at least anymore).

If you want such a board, snap it up before stocks clear. Alternatively, go ebay. There is an ASUS board that does this, and an ASROCK. Both on Intel915 I think.

... there may be other options via VIA.

In Europe, ASROCK has the VIA option, and from ebay do the following search: asrock (P4VM890*, P4M890*)
