Has anyone heard of this utility?

I was browsing through majorgeeks and found this utility here:

It is supposed to make one's pc boot faster and its made by MS. My dads 2 P4 PCs boot very slowly. I done some things to speed them up, like cleaning up startup and running processes, clean registry and so on but it's still slow. I figure this could help, anyone tried this?

It doesn't make you windows boot faster, all it does it logs your startup and tell you what apps/service are taking a long time to boot. Then from there, you disable those apps/service (mostly from msconfig).

doesn't always work, either - MS dropped support and advancement of the utility for that reason.
