is their a program like rabit for mobo bios?.....i think that would be kind of neat as long as if u had a bad flash u could still boot the old one also if their was a bad flash for a mobo is it dead or can u boot from an emergancy disk and re flash? thnx :)
also is their a program that modifies .exe's? cause when i reformat i save my programs to a disc and though i can uninstall un whanted tool bars i really dont whant "tanted" programs so i think i can open an my exe's and rip it out. :)

rabit for mobo bios? hah.. I wish :p Mobos vary way too much to be able to make a program that simple.
If you bad flash, you can hot flash the bios using another mobo.
I dont understand what you mean by "edit exe's" because you cant, and if its "tainted" with a virus or spyware, its not worth saving. delete it and start over. if you have pesky toolbars, stop using internet exploiter and you wont have a problem. opera, and firefox are a lot better. ;)

Yeah.. editing EXEs is difficult... it's ntoi as easy to just pick & choose wnat u want to take out. They are compiled & therefore in machine code, using all the good ole Push/Pop commands and what have u...
There is a program out tehr ethat will let u view & edit an exe. it's called IDA or Ida I Believe

Actually there are ami bios editors (google a bit) I've once used one (might have been award or whatever) It allowed hiding and unhiding of options and setting defaults. Rather handy when your BIOS keeps resetting for some reason.
There are also logo editors which can import logos so you can have a fancy boot logo.
If you fuck up your BIOS you can hotflsh using another board, boot up the system, remove the BIOS while running and place in the fucked up one. You can then flash it and put it back in the original system.
