Memory Stick Not Working With Vista

Everytime i try to use this damn memory stick vista asks me for drivers and such which i obviously don't have (who has a driver cd for their memory stick anyway?). I'm not really sure how to fix this problem however i did download some sort of hotfix that was supposed to help but did nothing at all. Any ideas?

Ditch Vista/pay twice the price for a "Vista Compatable" memory stick.

Thanks for the help, unfortunately it didn't work but it was a good read anyway. Oh how i miss the days of plugging it in and going with it :P
