duno where to post so post here...
we are thinking of setting up a database for about 100+ adults (teachers) and few hundreds to ~1k children. i'm not sure of the exact requirements but roughly i know the usual activities are the usual updating, and often there will be events so maybe as and when must be able to create new fields for each activity to track things like registration, payment, logistics etc...
thinking of outsource but no need to be "proper" as in must let professionals/companies do it, so freelance would be ideal to cut cost also.
so would like to check, what's the typical cost of setting up such a database? will it be using MS Access or what?
