Specs:
Amd Athlon XP 2600+ at 2400Mhz, voltage is at 1.8V. Ram at 440 Mhz and the FSB at 220Mhz.
Agp 8x at 80Mhz. ATI Radeon 9800 with core at 450 Mhz and memory at 350 Mhz.

Mods:
Green Neon, Blue Neon, UV Neon, 4 Blue Led fan, green reactive liquid.

Umm, that many votes? This wiring really needs to be cleaned and the watercooling is a bit on the messy side. Not sure where all the 10's are coming from. This is certainly not nearly the calibre of the other submissions. 3 at best.

gooood....this overclock is eccellent...vga is very high and the amd is incredible..
the modding is very nice e the liquid cooling is efficent and is good...

Actually, clean up the cabling and this system will look quite nice. So, the first two votes are a 10 on this system? Hmm. It is a fair build.
