Case: CM RC-534, CM RC-690, Antec 900, Antec NSK4480B, Lian-Li PC 60...etc
Motherboard: something such as this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130162 (make sure it has all of the features you require).
Change that video card: 8800GT or 9600GT recommended (unless you have already purchased your 8800 non G92)

you don't want that 8800 gts 320 meg card, it's sh-t compared to all the other 8800 cards. My 8600gt 512 meg card performs just aswell playing crysis as my 320 meg 8800 gts. I just sent in my GTS to EVGA's step-up program for a 9800gx2. A 8800 gts (g92) card will make you alot happier performance wise.

A 9600GT would be better for the price. The G90GTS is like 200$ more..
As for mobo and case I would get these
