Is NFS Pro Street Platform Locked

Hi,
i was wondering whether Pro street is platform locked.
I.e you cannot play someone on the PC if you are on 360
Or PS3 cant play Xbox, etc??

I know games are often platform locked but I found this in a description.

"Includes unique cross platform online offering"

Ok, I might be wrong here.. But can't it be just that they mean that it can be used on a Mac? I know that game "World of Warcraft" can be installed on either a mac or pc..

I know they often platform lock RPS' cus keyboard and mouse is easier than gamepad, but in a racing game...?
Well I hope the multiplayer isnt platform locked, cus I've just ordered it for 360 and want to join the TPU NFS Pro-street Pit Crew club.
