Vendor does not matter. You can flash any vendor's bios as long as it is for a x550 256M and PCI-E

I found 4 records of x550 pci-e graphics card, but the Memory Clock of these are different from my card

The vendor does not supply any bios for radeon graphics cards, only for nvidia.

:wtf:I don't understand what you mean but, what I mean is that you can flash a "Sapphire, HIS, etc." bios to your card and still work ok

A company that makes something is called a vendor. Vendor is not a company by itself. For example Yeston, Sapphire, HIS are vendors

Be careful....Only 2 of them are for 256MB versions. Is your card DDR or DDR2?

OK. So the Diamond (http://bios.techpowerup.com/vgabios/748/Diamond.X550.256.Infineon28_050830.html) bios is suitable for you. As for memory clock it will just be 500mhz instead of 533 which isn't anything to worry about

The memory clock of this Diamond's card is only 250mhz. does it matter?

It's DDR2. 250MHz * 2 = 500MHz (just 33 below yours)

I have tried the bios of Diamond, i didn't work, but i found that the version of the Diamond card is as same as mine. This proved that the bios of my card have never been changed. So i think may be my card has a hardware problem, not a software one.

clock speeds what make much difference, as long as there tooo high. i had to flash my x1950 512mb with a x1950 256mb. windows crash when i flash the card. But once i got the bios and startup windows. i had to make another bios, with the factory clocks. The clock where the only thing different. It still showed i had a 512mb

What are the problems? Maybe is something else... If we can't help you maybe it's time for an upgrade since this card is really old
