So I decided to upgrade from my 4800+ to a 5000+ BE (well buying it today), and was wondering what method of overclocking would be the best, considering it has the unlocked multiplier, or should I just fiddle with all of the settings and see what i can get my max stable and go from there?
BTW, feel free to "kick" my ass for asking the question!

Thanks

Edit: Going to be using the system thats in my current specs if that helps at all. And Xigmatek needs to release the HDT-S1284 soon cause I don't want to buy the 1283 only to replace it.

Here is another thread that has been going on for a bit. http://forums.techpowerup.com/showthread.php?t=56502 The 5000+ Black is a very easy oc'er. I just bumped up my multi to 16 and added a slight voltage increase and boom I was at 3.2GHz. Every chip is different though. Good luck!!
